Point Cloud Converter
View and convert point clouds between PLY, LAS, PCD, XYZ and CSV, and thin them out for smaller files.
Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.
How Point Cloud Converter works
Points, colours and intensity are read by small parsers written for each format (binary and text PLY and PCD, LAS 1.0 to 1.4), shown with three.js, and written back in the format you pick. Thinning keeps every Nth point or one point per grid cell.
Input: PLY, LAS, PCD, XYZ, PTS, CSV, TXT. Output: PLY, LAS, PCD, XYZ, CSV.
