Animate a Still Image
Make a still image shake, pulse, zoom, spin, glitch or wobble, or fade between several images.
Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.
How Animate a Still Image works
Frames are drawn with Canvas 2D from your image using the chosen motion, then saved as GIF (gifenc) or WebP and MP4 (ffmpeg.wasm).
Input: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Output: GIF, WEBP, APNG, MP4.
How to use Animate a Still Image
- Drop one or more images onto Animate a Still Image.
- Tune the options. The before/after preview updates live.
- Process the batch.
- Download a single image, or everything as a ZIP.
Tips
- Most image tools accept many files at once.
- WebP and AVIF give much smaller files than JPG at the same visual quality.
- Set a default image quality in Settings. Tools that do not choose their own quality use it.
