PowerPoint to PDF
Convert PPTX slides to PDF in your browser, as slides, slides with speaker notes, or handouts.
Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.
How PowerPoint to PDF works
The PPTX package is unzipped and each slide is rebuilt from its XML: text boxes with their fonts and colors, pictures, tables, filled shapes and backgrounds, with positions taken from the layout and master. Every slide is drawn in a sealed frame and placed into a PDF with jsPDF. Charts, SmartArt and gradients are skipped.
Input: PPTX, PPSX, POTX. Output: PDF.
How to use PowerPoint to PDF
- Drop a .pptx file.
- Choose Slides, With notes or Handout.
- Set the sharpness and convert.
Tips
- Conversions run entirely in your tab, so very large files depend on your device’s memory.
- For best fidelity, start from the original digital file rather than a scan.
PowerPoint to PDF FAQ
- Can I convert an old .ppt file?
- Not directly. Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or LibreOffice, save it as .pptx, then convert that.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser tab. Files are read from your disk into memory and the result is generated locally.
- Is it free? Are there limits or watermarks?
- Free and open source (MIT). There are no file-size caps, daily quotas, accounts or watermarks.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes, once the page (and any engine it needs) has loaded, it keeps working without a connection thanks to the service worker cache.
