Images are encoded with libjxl compiled to WebAssembly (@jsquash/jxl, Apache-2.0). Animated JPEG XL is not supported yet.

Input: JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, GIF. Output: JXL.

WebP and AVIF give much smaller files than JPG at the same visual quality.
