PDF Statement to CSV

Pull transactions out of a PDF bank or card statement into CSV, Excel, OFX or QIF.

Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.

How PDF Statement to CSV works

Bank files and numbers are read and worked out in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so account numbers and spending stay on your device. PDF.js reads the positioned text on each page. Lines are rebuilt from text positions, and lines that start with a date and hold an amount become rows. Signs come from the running balance or DR and CR marks.

Input: PDF. Output: CSV, XLSX, OFX, QIF.

How to use PDF Statement to CSV

  1. Drop a text PDF statement.
  2. Pick day first or month first dates.
  3. Check the rows and totals.
  4. Download CSV, Excel, OFX or QIF.

Tips

  • Bank files hold account numbers, so tools that run on your device are the safe choice.
  • Always compare totals with the original statement before you file anything.
  • OFX and QIF files import into most money apps.
