Excel to PDF

Render XLSX/CSV sheets as clean paginated PDF tables.

Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.

How Excel to PDF works

Excel to PDF runs entirely in your browser. Render XLSX/CSV sheets as clean paginated PDF tables. Under the hood it uses SheetJS (a spreadsheet parser/writer for XLSX, XLS and CSV) and jsPDF (a client-side PDF generator). Your files are read into this tab’s memory, processed on your own CPU, and handed back to you as a download. Nothing is sent to a server.

How to use Excel to PDF

  1. Open Excel to PDF and add your source file (or paste content where offered).
  2. Adjust page size, quality or layout options in the side panel.
  3. Check the live preview.
  4. Convert and download the result.

Tips

  • Conversions run entirely in your tab, so very large files depend on your device’s memory.
  • For best fidelity, start from the original digital file rather than a scan.

Excel to PDF FAQ

Are my files uploaded?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser tab. Files are read from your disk into memory and the result is generated locally.
Is it free? Are there limits or watermarks?
Free and open source (MIT). There are no file-size caps, daily quotas, accounts or watermarks.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once the page (and any engine it needs) has loaded, it keeps working without a connection thanks to the service worker cache.
