How eBook Word Count & Stats works
The book is opened with the same reader that powers the eBook converter, each chapter is turned into plain text, and words, unique words and sentences are counted. Reading level uses the Flesch Kincaid formula.
Input: EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, FB2, DOCX, PDF, TXT. Output: CSV.

- Yes, once the page (and any engine it needs) has loaded, it keeps working without a connection thanks to the service worker cache.
